I went to Burano several years ago, absolutely loved all the coloured houses and much preferred it to Venice itself. Hopefully some day soon I'll be able to make a return visit.
ReplyDeleteit is an unusual island...have a small interview with the baker and a lace maker i will post soon. It is hard to blend in when the entire island knows everyone!
